These tour conditions apply to Turizm.Net offers for Groups & Individual visitors ”hereafter called Turizm.Net ( www.turizm.net ) ” and the participant ”hereafter called client ”.

VISAS AND DOCUMENTS

Each client must have a valid passport to enter Turkey. All persons are responsible for obtaining information about entry requirements and the documentation necessary to enter Turkey and those countries to which they are traveling.

INSURANCE

Turizm.Net provides no insurance for its clients due to loss. Clients are advised to obtain their own insurance for health while traveling and / or baggage loss. Insurance is also recommended to provide coverage to clients if refunds pursuant to the final payment and cancellation clause below are unavailable due to the terms of that clause.

The dollar is the currency used for pricing throughout. Please kindly check each section for details.

TIPS & TAXES

When you make a reservation through Turizm.Net, for hotels, tours, blue cruises, guides, and similar travel services; taxes are inluded in the quotation. However, additional taxes, security charges and other fees collected by governments, airports, airlines and other entities are not included unless specifically listed as included features.

NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR RATE

The following is a list of some major items not included when you make a purchase from Turizm.Net : Baggage handling, gratuities, minibar and other extra hotel expenditures, room service charges, items not on portions of menus reserved for Turizm.Net passengers, laundry, beverages, alcoholic and otherwise, items of a personal nature, foreign airport departure taxes, are not included.

FINAL PAYMENT & CANCELLATlON

Turizm.Net reserves the right to decline, accept or remove, in its sole discretion at any time and for any reason, any client as a participant in the travel services brought by Turizm.net .

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

Payment of the services requested from Turizm.Net will be charged on the credit card of the client and the final confirmation is going to be made. For giving Turizm.net your credit card details in a secure environment, ( Secure Online Payment ) please go to "http://www.turizm.net/pay" section. For all travel services by Turizm.Net, only Visa or Mastercards are accepted.

CANCELLATION

Reservations may only be canceled by an e-mail or fax sent to Turizm.Net.

HOTEL PAYMENT & CANCELLATION

Reservations & Payment :
The full payment for hotel room(s) bookings will be charged by Turizm.Net (or its affiliate Lara Travel), on the credit card of the client and the final confirmation is going to be made.
Cancellations :
If a written cancellation notice is received no later than ten ( 10 ) days before check - in the hotel, Turizm.Net (or its affiliate Lara Travel) will accept cancellation and refund the payment, except for a $25.00 non-refundable administrative fee.

TOURS PAYMENT & CANCELLATION

Reservations & Payment :
The full payment for tour(s) bookings will be charged by Turizm.Net (or its affiliate Lara Travel), on the credit card of the client and the final confirmation is going to be made.
Cancellations :
If a written cancellation notice is received within sixty (60) days before departure, Turizm.Net (or its affiliate Lara Travel) will accept such cancellation and refund the land portion costs it recovers from those entities paid on behalf of client only to the extent that such moneys are refunded by those entities to Turizm.Net (or its affiliate Lara Travel).

Cancellation fee of $50 (59-30 days prior to departure) or $100 (29 days or less prior to departure per person) will not be refunded. If any person is removed from the trip by the operating company of that particular tour (or any optional side trip), Turizm.Net's only obligation shall be to refund to such a person a fraction of the trip price, ( in accordance with the operating tour company's approval ) the numerator of which fraction shall be Turizm.Net cost for the person’s unused services and the denominator of which shall be Turizm.Net cost for the person’s entire trip.

BLUE CRUISE PAYMENT & CANCELLATION

Reservations & Payment :

1. For Cabin Charters; full payment has to be payed in order to finalise the booking.
2. For Private Boat Charters, % 50 of the total price has to be payed with the booking, and the balance has to be closed 2 weeks prior to the embarkation.

Cancellations :

1. If a written cancellation notice is received within sixty (60) days before departure, % 50 of the payment will be refunded.
2. If a written cancellation notice is received fiftynine - thirty (59-30) days prior to departure, % 25 of the payment will be refunded.
3. If a written cancellation notice is received twentynine (29 ) days or less prior to departure, no refund will be made .

GUIDES PAYMENT & CANCELLATION

Reservations & Payment :
For hiring tour guides; full payment has to be made.
Cancellations :

1. If a written cancellation notice is received within sixty (60) days before departure,
   % 75 of the payment will be refunded.
2. If a written cancellation notice is received fiftynine - thirty (59-30) days prior to departure, % 50 of the payment will be refunded.
3. If a written cancellation notice is received twentynine (29) days or less prior to departure,
   % 25 of the payment will be refunded.

BOOKS & OTHER SOUVENIERS PAYMENT & CANCELLATION

Payment :
Full payment has to be made with the order and the delivery is going to be made by Turizm.Net .
Cancellations :
No cancellations.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND LIABILITY

The responsibility of Turizm.Net and / or its agents is limited. Turizm.Net and its agents act only as agents for passenger in regards to travel whether by air, railroad, motorcoach or any other conveyance and assumes no defect, through the acts or defaults of any company or person engaged in conveying clients or in carrying out the arrangements of this tour, or as a direct or indirect result of acts of God, dangers incident in the sea, or air, fire, breakdown in machinery or equipment, acts of governments or other authorities, de jure or de facto wars, whether declared or not, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, theft, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations or from any other causes. Turizm.Net can accept no responsibilities for loss or additional expenses to clients due to delay or changes in schedule. Tour services included but not limited to guide services, hotel accommodations, meals and other services are furnished by third parties who are independent and do not act for or on behalf of Turizm.Net and with whom Turizm.Net has no relationship as joint venture or otherwise. Therefore Turizm.Net shall not be liable or responsible in any way whatsoever for any inconvenience, loss, damage or injury arising out of or in connection with such tour services, whether same shall be the result of changes in hotel accommodations, food, baggage handling, tour guiding or any other matter related thereto. All such losses or expenses will have to be borne by the passengers. Each passenger waives any claim against Turizm.Net for any delay, inconvenience or damage, loss of property or baggage or injury to or deaths of persons due to the acts or omissions of said third parties. Any airline / transportation company concerned is not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time passengers are not aboard their aircraft or conveyances. Turizm.Net further reserves the right at any time to change any part of the itinerary, or the carrier, or the aircraft utilized, or the hotel accommodations utilized, or boat charter, or any other. The prices advertised are subject to change due to price increases resulting from decreases in the purchasing power of the US dollar, gasoline price increases and similar causes. In such case each passenger can be required to pay an additional amount for the trip reflecting such increase.

Each person is also personally responsible for any hotel expenses, theater tickets, souvenirs, gifts, clothing, glasswork, art or any and all other items of personal property or services purchased by such person. Each person making reservations for or participating in the trip to Turkey or to the mentioned countries described in the e-mail correspondences understands and agrees to all terms, conditions and limitations set forth herein.
